These Terms & Customer Information apply when you use www.ltdesignworks.com or place an order with LT Design Works.

2. Our products

We sell printed, designed and lifestyle products, including clothing, accessories and related goods.

Many products are produced or printed after an order is placed. Product details, options, prices and availability are shown on the relevant product page.

We try to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizes and prices are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and production processes.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.

After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We may refuse, cancel or refund an order where:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • there is an error in the price or product information;
  • payment is not authorised;
  • delivery is not available to the address provided;
  • we suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity;
  • we are unable to fulfil the order for another valid reason.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

4. Prices, payment and security

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.

Product prices do not include shipping unless this is clearly stated. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

The total price payable, including product price and shipping, will be shown before you complete checkout.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees that may apply to international deliveries unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. These may include debit cards, credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment options depending on availability.

All available payment methods will be displayed before you complete your order.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.

Payments are processed securely by our payment service providers. We do not usually store full card numbers or full payment credentials on our own systems.

Your bank, card provider or payment provider may carry out additional security checks, such as 3D Secure authentication or fraud prevention checks.

If a payment is declined, your order may not be accepted or processed. We are not responsible for charges, fees or delays caused by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Your bank statement or payment account may show LSBL Retail Limited, LT Design Works or the name of one of our payment processors as the payment descriptor.

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order using the original payment method where possible.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping costs, available delivery methods and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Many products are made to order, so delivery estimates may include both production time and delivery time after dispatch.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights depend on the type of product ordered and the reason for the return.

Some products may be personalised, customised or made to your specific instructions. Once production has started, these products usually cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

For standard products that are not personalised, customised or made to your specific requirements, you may have cancellation and return rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not the item you ordered, contact us at sales@ltdesignworks.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a refund, replacement, repair or other suitable remedy.

8. Product availability

Products and variants are subject to availability.

We may update, remove or discontinue products at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, alternative item or refund.

9. Customer information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete.

This includes your name, email address, delivery address and any customisation details.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

10. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes and promotions may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, product exclusions or minimum order values.

We may withdraw, amend or refuse a promotion where it has been misused, applied in error or is no longer available.

11. Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, branding, graphics and other content on this website belong to LSBL Retail Limited, its licensors or its content suppliers unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our website content without permission.

12. Website use

You must not misuse this website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, interfering with site operation or using the website for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access to the website where we reasonably believe misuse, fraud or harmful activity has occurred.

13. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs delays, supplier disruption, technology failures or force majeure events.

We are not responsible for business losses where products are purchased for personal consumer use.
