This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, produced and delivered when you buy from LT Design Works.

1. Made-to-order production
Many of our products are produced or printed after you place your order. This helps us reduce waste and offer a wider range of designs, sizes and colours.
Because products may be made to order, the total delivery timeframe includes:
- production or fulfilment time; and
- delivery time after dispatch.
Estimated production and delivery times are shown for guidance only. We do our best to meet these estimates, but they may vary during busy periods, public holidays, supplier delays or circumstances outside our control.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your basket, delivery destination, order size, product type and available fulfilment options.
Before you place your order, the checkout will show:
- the available shipping options;
- the shipping cost;
- the delivery country or region;
- the total order price before payment.
You will not be charged until you have had the opportunity to review the total price, including shipping, before completing checkout.
3. UK delivery
For UK orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Typical dispatch estimate: 2 to 5 working days.
Typical delivery after dispatch: 2 to 5 working days.
These timings are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered at checkout.
4. International delivery
We may offer delivery to selected countries outside the United Kingdom.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, product type and available delivery services.
Typical dispatch estimate: 2 to 5 working days.
Typical delivery after dispatch: 2 to 12 working days.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, courier delays or other factors outside our control.
5. Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless the checkout clearly states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking any applicable import rules and charges before placing an international order.
6. Multiple shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately. This can happen where products are fulfilled by different production partners or from different locations.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one delivery notification.
7. Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@ltdesignworks.com. We will try to help, but we may not be able to amend the address once production or dispatch has started.
8. Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sales@ltdesignworks.com with your order number.
We may ask you to confirm your delivery address and check with neighbours, household members, building reception or your local delivery office.
If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@ltdesignworks.com as soon as possible and include:
- your order number;
- photos of the damaged item;
- photos of the packaging;
- a short description of the issue.
This helps us investigate the problem and arrange a suitable solution.
